Personality/Canon facts:

Haru, Haru, Haru…

Simply put, Haru is your average middle-school girl…except not really. A student at the elite Midori Middle, she certainly has brains, but you might not know it, considering the way she behaves. Her first run-in with Tsuna and the gang proves as much: She saw the baby Reborn walking by her fence every day, and was determined to finally “squeeeeze him, and give him a great big hug,” so she hopped up on the “fence” (more like a brick divide) to get on his level and asked him to be her friend. Reborn tells her he’s a hitman, and not to get too close, which Haru, of course, takes the wrong way, and yells at Tsuna for teaching violence to a baby.

Things sort of progress from there-she challenges Tsuna to a fight (dressed in a really crazy samurai outfit, and attacks him with a hockey stick) after learning that Tsuna is the next Vongola boss from Gokudera’s sister, Bianchi, and says she’ll believe Reborn is a hitman if Tsuna defeats her. As soon as she starts attacking, Gokudera hears and jumps to Tsuna’s rescue, which results in Haru being tossed into a river~ that Tsuna saves her from.

After that, she is convinced she’s in love with Tsuna, and is determined to be his wife, come hell or high water.

Like the rest of the gang, Haru has a habit of showing up at Tsuna’s house randomly (almost every day). She’s insanely protective of kid Lambo and I-Pin, and is friends with Ryohei’s sister, Kyoko.

Personality-wise, Haru’s dramatic, impulsive, pig-headed, and completely shameless in her love for Tsuna. She’s not afraid to make a fool of herself (which she does often) to prove something (even if she doesn’t prove anything in the end), and her logic leaves much to be desired, but she has her own kind of off-kilter charm that makes pretty much everyone like her (or at least tolerate her). She doesn’t hesitate to stand up for what she thinks is right, and sometimes she runs her mouth when she should really keep it shut.

Anything else important about the character?: Haru has a HUGE weakness for sweets. 8D
